Other Things to Note
• Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
• A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.
• Some amenities, such as pools and lazy rivers, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please contact us for specific opening dates.
• Public beach access is just steps away for sunbathing, swimming, and beachcombing.
• Please purchase your own toiletries for the duration of your stay.

***Please note that Myrtle Beach Resort and Renaissance Tower charge a separate parking fee that is not supplied in your reservation.
The current parking fee is $10 per day, per car, and is paid directly to the resort upon arrival at the guard gate/check-in shack.
Please be aware that this is a resort policy and parking costs are subject to change. The resort previously charged a flat $20 per stay, but has refreshed the policy to a daily parking fee.



All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is returnable minus cancellation costs

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation costs still apply

Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
