The entrance-way is also in open air which accepts you to avoid enclosed hallways/busy check in areas!



Entry: **NO ELEVATOR stairs required - 2nd floor **. Self check-in with keypad.



Parking: 1 (ONE) parking pass only. No golf carts, motorbikes, or trailers.



Kitchen: Recently refreshed floors/appliances/cabinets! Includes cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans.



Family room: Access to the balcony via sliding glass doors. Sleeper couch.



Bedroom 1: King bed. TV.



Bathroom 1: Attached.



Bedroom 2: Two twin beds.



Bathroom 2: Full bathroom.



Complex Conveniences: There are 2 complex pools & an outdoor BBQ grille.



Beach: Direct beach access from the complex. Sand toys, beach chairs and umbrella. 



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are supplied. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels included but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire unit for themselves along with the shared complex pool.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



Routine Pest Control happens monthly on the 4th Friday. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not included, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.



ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events entirely agree to those terms.
