No Smoking ???? – Smoking is not allowed inside the condo or on the property. A $250 fine will be charged for any violations.
No Animals ???? – Family Pets are not allowed. Unauthorized family pets will result in a $250 fine.
No Parties or Events ???? – This is a peaceful, family-friendly property. Parties or sizable gatherings are stringently prohibited and will result in a $250 fine.
No Glass on Pool Deck ???? – For safety reasons, glass items are not allowed in the pool area.
Towels ???? – Please do not take room towels to the pool or beach. Damaged or missing towels will result in a $50 replacement fee.
