Intelligent lock SELF check-in system, Please go straight to the unit! Entry code will be supplied the date you arrive. Please always make sure the door is locked by clicking the bottom summit button before you leave the property.

Please bring your favorite beach/pool towels, or you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach.

Must be clean and respectful guests to book. This is NOT a hotel room, but our personal condo; please treat it like it`s your own.

We are at building 1—modest building ( more private) with the outdoor pool, our guests have full access to appreciate our year round indoor heated pool, hot tubs, Lazy river and outdoor pools in building 2 & 3.

Free parking for condo guests is available across the street in the assigned parking tons. Uber is painless way to get around if you are going bit further out, our condo is right on the beach and Boardwalk so you can pretty much walk anywhere. Golf cart, scooter also a choice if you go somewhere close.

Our condo was designed with YOU in mind, we want to make a great vacation for you, and savor your time here as your second home. Top notch accommodation, central location to everything, and of course waking up to see the Ocean!! We believe you and your appreciate ones will enjoy this home as much as we do.

NO-SMOKING inside the unit, nor on balcony.

No family pets nor events in condo. Violations are subject to a minimum $250.00 fine.

*No bags carts in the unit
*We charge up to $65.00 for stained, missing linens and towels.
*Max number of guests is 6
*No smoking inside condo, balcony included. Any sign of smoking/pets/events/events will be $250.00 Fine.
*Please take your trash out during your stay to prevent bugs. Wash all dishes that were used.
*Please don`t take our towels out of unit to pools or the beach.
*Conveniences that are listed such as Resort pools, hot tubs, etc. MAY or MAY NOT be available at your time of arrival, could be closed due to maintenance, upgrades or simply just the time of year ( we have no control over of this). No refunds due to this.
