Recently purchased and modernized 4 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath, Brigadune Oceanfront Penthouse., (PHC). Fantastic North and South ocean vistas. All new high end Appliances, new furnishings, new beds and on and on. Flat screen LED TV's all feature the Golf Channel and Spectrum Sports View Package and Entertainment View Package.. Unlike most all other condo units, we have purchased our own high end linens and towels thus no disappointing surprises you get from renting with the big rental agencies.

For your min. Convenience we have installed Wi-Fi Electronic Locks, thus no more having to stop, pickup or drop off keys. You will be given your own private code to come and go without ever carrying a key. The Penthouse is also located on a private secure floor that only Penthouse owners and guests can access with a private code. The Brigadune building is also very secure with a lobby entry code needed after 10pm. There are Hair Dryers in each bathroom and alarm clocks in every bedroom.

Linens and departure cleaning costs will apply.

We do rent direct if you would like to avoid the Vacation Rental By Owner/ HomeAway Service Fees. The months of Jan, Feb, Mar, are only rented by a 90 day rental period.

CANCELLATION POLICY
a) A ninety (90) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty other than the Non-Refundable $100 Administrative Fee.
b) Cancellations that are made within ninety (90) days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/security deposit. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.

If you have a sizable group, we also own Penthouse D immediately next door. Both Penthouses sleep a max. of 10 people.
