As you enter, you`ll be greeted by a roomy and airy open-concept layout that seamlessly connects the kitchen, living, and dining areas. The entirely supplied kitchen is a chef`s dream, featuring modern appliances, sleek countertops, and ample storage space. Gather around the dining table for family meals or relax in the comfortable living room, ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach.

The highlight of this home is the two master suites, each with its own private bathroom, providing ultimate privacy and luxury for guests. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed, ideal for accommodating additional guests or kids, while bedroom 3 also offers a queen bed for a cozy nighttime`s sleep.

Outside, you`ll find a private getaway with a exhilarating pool, ideal for cooling off on hot summer days or calming in the sun with a good book. The cavernous outdoor area is great for outdoor dining, BBQs, or simply relaxing and appreciating the coastal breeze. Please note the pools landscaping will be complete by April 21st 2025 and photos will be refreshed once complete.

For added convenience, the home includes a huge laundry room and comes completely equipped with beach essentials such as towels, a wagon and chairs ensuring you have everything you need for a fun-filled beach vacation.

Additional Services & Policies

We want to make your stay as seamless and enchanting as possible! The following services are available for an additional fee:

Early Check-In: If available, early check-in can be arranged for a $45 fee. Please contact the host to check availability.

Pet Policy: A $100 additional fee applies for a second pet.

Trash & Recycling Pickup: Trash pickup is on Tuesdays. No need to worry about taking the bins to the curb—we have someone who will handle that for you and return the cans after collection. We just ask that you place any bagged trash in the designated outdoor bins before pickup day.

Extended Stay Cleaning Fee: For stays longer than 28 days, an additional $300 cleaning fee will apply. This ensures the home remains fresh and well-maintained for your extended stay.

Bicycle Units: Bicycles can be rented and delivered to the property. Contact the host for pricing and arrangements.

Beach Equipment: There are four beach chairs, a wagon and 10 beach/pool towels available.

Infant Equipment: Need a crib, stroller, or high chair? Infant equipment can be delivered upon request with an additional cost. Let us know in advance to arrange delivery.

To finalize your reservation and receive your check-in instructions, the following must be finished:

Photo ID Submission
A valid government-issued ID is required from the primary guest.

Rental Agreement Signature
A short rental agreement must be signed electronically prior to check-in.

Security Deposit or Damage Coverage Selection
You may choose one of the following options:

A fully returnable security deposit (authorization only, no funds withdrawn) which is released within 7 days after checkout, included there are no damages.

A damage protection policy that covers accidental damage during your stay.

Check-in details will only be released once all steps are finished. These measures help us provide a safe and secure experience for all guests.
