Our modernized 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo at Arcadian Dunes combines comfort, convenience, and coastal appeal. The community offers everything you need to relax and play, including two swimming pools, a sauna, picnic areas with grilles, and even a bar & restaurant, Harry the Hats — ideal for when you want to stay close to home.
The space
Located on the 3rd floor (walk-up), the condo is bright and thoughtfully furnished for your stay.
Kitchen – Totally equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and generous natural light, it’s ready for everything from a fast snack to a holiday meal.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Master Bedroom: King Bed + Twin Futon
Second Bedroom: Queen Bed + Twin Bed
Living Room: Couch Bed
That’s 5 separate beds — plenty of room so everybody has their own space.
Balcony – Start your mornings with coffee in the sunshine or wind down with the evening breeze.
The closet by the entryway contains all the beach gear you might need: umbrellas, a wagon, beach chairs, body boards and toys.
Guest access
You’ll have full access to the condo (excluding owners’ closets) plus all Arcadian Dunes amenities.
The closest beach access is Hibben Memorial Public Beach — just a 6–8 min. walk (or 2-min. drive) straight down Lake Arrowhead Road.
That access point has bathrooms and an outdoor shower for your convenience.
Other things to note
This is a 3rd floor walk-up with no elevator.
No motorbikes, scooters, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on property (per HOA rules).
Parking passes are required and can be purchased at the HOA office for $20 per car (valid for your entire stay). Limit: 2 cars.
Guest age requirement: The reservation holder must be 25+ to check in and obtain parking passes.

No balcony grilling (community grilles are available).
Trash dumpsters are located on-site for guest use
About the Area
Located in Myrtle Beach, this condo is next to a golf course and near the beach. Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Ripley's Aquarium and SkyWheel Myrtle Beach. Family Kingdom Amusement Park and Alligator Adventure are also worth visiting. Motor boating, surfing/body boarding, and swimming offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours nearby.
