A high top counter reaching from the kitchen has breakfast bar seating. The kitchen is completely equipped with kitchenware, microwave, coffee maker, full size stove and refrigerator. Guests have access to pool and Bar-B-Que facilities that are both on site.
A private balcony patio is featured overlooking a fresh water pond with outdoor table and chairs to savor our fresh Carolina air. It is just a 5 min. drive to Myrtle Beach on the Atlantic Ocean.

**The Government Beach Renourishment Project is occurring in close by areas. The project will run – Myrtle Beach to State Park to Garden City / Georgetown County. This may affect the beach at your property. The project is allowed for, and will be constructed, 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Noise and beach interruption should be expected. *

This condo is within a couple of miles of shopping and dining with the outdoor entertainment area of Broadway at the Beach, Shark Wake Park for cable wake boarding and floating obstacle course, the Alabama Theater, Barefoot Landing and other many eateries and shopping in any direction.
