*2 bedrooms, 2 baths, Very roomy condo.

*1 Queen bed, 2 full beds and 1 pullout couch in the living room.

*Washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Dining area open to living room.

*Generous balcony with gorgeous pool view.

*Sheets and linens supplied.

*Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Family Animals are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.

*Beach items are not supplied due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are included for showers only.



Guest Access:

*Shared outdoor pool in the back of the building. (Modest Pool only!!)

*(Pools will be closedown in winter time and due to weather)

*Free parking on property (please notify host how many cars you have and note that motorbikes and trailers are not allowed on premises)

*NO MAILBOX for this location.

Stunning peaceful neighborhood, just a mile inland near the heart of Myrtle Beach, positioned around the golf course of Myrtlewood golf club. This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, gorgeous landscaping. 10 mins. from airport, 5 mins. from Broadway at the beach, 5 mins. from the beach, 15 mins. from Market Commons, 1 minuet From golf course.

Car, taxi, Uber



Other Things to Note:

*Charging electrical cars is not allowed.

*Must climb stairs.

* Modest pool only in the back of the building is for guests to use. no wristbands required. (Big pool is not supplied)

*Please review my home rules.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furnishings and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furnishings, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper included, guests should bring their own extras.

*NO mailbox for this location.

*Bed sheets are supplied (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
