The handsome white, sandy beach is only a short walk walk away! As an added additional, Marshview Escape is walkable to numerous eateries, an ice cream shop, and the infamous Ocean Annie's beach bar. ...Just a few miles away, you can savor Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, and a plethora of challenging golf (and Mini Golf) courses!

Rules:
*Renters must be 25 years or older (and must be present for the entire duration)
*Smoking and / or Vaping in the condo or on porches is not allowed
*No lit candles are allowed
*Golf Carts, RV's / Campers, Motorcycles, and / or Trailers are not allowed in the parking lot
*Fireworks are not allowed on complex grounds
*Unit sleeps 6 people (no more than 6 are allowed)
* Animals are not allowed (I know, I know - SORRY!!)
