The elegant white, sandy beach is only a short walk walk away! As an added additional, Marshview Escape is walkable to multiple eateries, an ice cream shop, and the infamous Ocean Annie's beach bar. ...Just a few miles away, you can appreciate Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, and a plethora of challenging golf (and Mini Golf) courses!

*Renters must be 25 years or older (and must be present for the entire duration)

*Fireworks are not allowed on complex grounds
*Unit sleeps 6 people (no more than 6 are allowed)
