This condo has all huge rooms and is 3 bedrooms/ 2 baths, with plenty of room for all.
This unit was just completely refreshed in 2025, painted and decorated, new floors, and carpet to make you feel special, yet have all the amenities and conveniences of being at home.
NEW THIS YEAR, WE’VE JUST ADDED AMAZING COLORED LIGHTS THROUGHOUT! Your kids are gonna adore this!!!! ALL OF OUR BEDS GLOW!!!! Change the colors to whatever you like! THE DOUBLE COVERED PATIO WAS JUST REFRESHED WITH AMAZING ROMANTIC LIGHTING, A WINE TABLE, AND GARDEN LIGHTS AND DECOR. The ideal getaway to relax and have a glass of wine.
The kitchen is enormous with tons of entirely supplied cabinets with everything you'll need. There is over and under cabinet accent lighting, granite countertops, toaster, coffee maker, air fryer, tupperware, plenty of glassware, silverware, cookware, condiments and coffee, etc.
If you have little kids, we have 3 booster seats, a pack n play, and a modest bed for toddlers. Also included are 2 blow dryers, an iron and ironing board, cleaning supplies, mop and vacuum.
The master bedroom has a patio as well as off the living room and seats up to 7 with a view of the golf course.
We offer all fresh linens, pillows, towels and beach/pool towels.
If you plan going to the beach, we have everything you need including, sizable and modest coolers, beach blanket, beach towels, sand toys, beach umbrella and body boards for everybody to savor!
There are 4 new flatscreen TV's and some games for the kids as well as a complete library with tons of books for every age to appreciate.
Inside the complex, there is a handsome pool, exercise center, pro golf shop and a bar/restaurant as well as outdoor grilles and of course one of the most elegant golf courses you've ever played. World Tour is known for having 18 holes that are replicas from signature holes from around the world. 14 different but famed courses. It's definitely 1 of the top 5 courses to play in Myrtle Beach. We also have Pine Lakes, Wild Wing, Long Bay, Grande Dunes, TPC Myrtle Beach and Burning Ridge just to name a few and all very close by.
This is a excellent location for your next vacation and we also host for get-togethers, bridal events, Buddy Golf trips, business travel etc. Also, supplied is complimentary parking for 2 cars and additional parking available with notice.
