You have access to the entire home and all Ocean Lakes resort amenities.

- Guests must be 25 or older to book.
- Ocean Lakes charges $12 per car, per day, with a discount for pre paying 10 days in advance.
- The six seater golf cart is $75 dollars per day to rent.
- Water park and outdoor pool operate seasonally.
- Dogs are welcome with a pet fee (no cats). Rottweilers and pit bulls are not allowed per resort policy.
- 1 dog max up to 40lbs
OCEAN LAKES CAMPGROUND RULES AND POLICIES

1. Must be 21 years or older to book a campsite

GENERAL GUIDELINES

1. No outside golf car units allowed
2. min. of 5 people per golf car
3. Must drive only on roadways; do not drive across campsites, the beach, or restricted areas
4. Lights must be on if operating after sunset
5. Cruising after peaceful hours from 11 PM to 7 AM is prohibited
6. Midnight curfew applies to golf cars, e-bicycles, bicycles, scooters, etc. during Spring Break weeks, Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day, and Halloweekends
7. All cars must return to their registered site by midnight
Use between midnight and 5 AM will result in a 100 dollar fine

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICIES (Guests have 30 mins. to pay any fine at the Golf Car building)

$100 FINE AFTER ONE WARNING

1. Loud music in the campground
2. Cruising after peaceful hours without a legitimate destination
3. Open containers of alcohol outside your site

$100 FINE WITHOUT WARNING

1. Underage driving, driver must be at least 16 years old with a valid license
2. Reckless driving, horseplay, racing, or misuse of a golf car
3. Taking rental golf cars off property, beyond entry gates, or onto the beach
4. Playing lewd, vulgar, or offensive music in the campground

GOLF CAR PENALTIES (Rental golf carts)

FIRST OFFENSE

1. 100 dollar fine, must be paid immediately at Golf Car Rental Office
2. Golf car will be taken until fine is paid
3. Possible loss of golf car privileges for all guests on the same site

SECOND OFFENSE

1. 100 dollar fine
2. Loss of rental and operation privileges for the remainder of the stay

PRIVATELY OWNED GOLF CARS CAMPSITE GUESTS

FIRST OFFENSE

1. 100 dollar fine, must be paid immediately at Main Office

SECOND OFFENSE

1. 100 dollar fine
2. Loss of golf car use in the campground
3. Golf car must be removed from property or placed in the Golf Car Storage Area
