2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom, ground-level home in Ocean Lakes Resort. INCLUDES GOLF CART rental gift card!!* This home is a refreshed converted camper-addition. Covered Deck and Seating - Backyard Area with Seating and Firepit - 50 Inch Intelligent TV in the Living Room - Central Air Conditioning and Heat - Washer/Dryer in-home.

LINENS: We INCLUDE Linens & Bath Towels!!! (Just bring your beach towels).

OUSIDE: Appreciate the outdoor covered side porch, and the privacy of the back patio area. You'll also have access beach chairs & sand toys for the kiddos. Propane grille for cookouts.

INSIDE: a outfitted kitchen for preparing meals, washer & dryer in-home, and a bathtub/shower combo.

18-hole mini-golf, Activity center with 80+ arcade games, Indoor Pool, Outdoor pool/water park with a splash zone for modest kids, events and classes at the activity center, holiday events, check-out equipment for basketball, volleyball, horseshoes & more. There's a playground and skate park right on the beach!

*Price includes a gift card for a GOLF CART RENTAL at Ocean Lakes rental shop. Just pick it up, and it's on us. Ocean Lakes does not reserve carts. There are typically plenty of carts. However you may want to arrive as early as possible to ensure availability.

*Security/damage HOLD of $500 is REFUNDABLE and returned within 5-days after your stay is complete.

**PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/nighttime). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking costs are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.

MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the home. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS.
