You'll have beach access right on the property, plus close by convenience stores, gas stations, a local farmers market, and some of the area's favorite neighborhood bars and eateries.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to discover the Grandiose Strand, and complimentary on-site parking for 1 car is included. It's a short drive to Myrtle Beach attractions, eateries, and shopping. Ride-share services are also available in the area.

• Free parking for 1 passenger car in the building's front lot. Please keep the parking pass displayed in your car at all times.

• The HOA doesn't allow bicycles, golf carts, trailers, mopeds, boats, RVs, motorbikes, buses, trikes, watercraft, or upsized or commercial cars on the property. Unauthorized cars may be towed.



▶︎ Age Requirement

• The HOA requires the primary guest to be 21 or older.



▶︎ Pest Control

• Routine HOA pest control is the 2nd Tuesday of each month. Please allow access for the scheduled service.



▶︎ Privately Managed

• We're a local, hands-on team available daily from 7 AM to 11 PM by message. Arriving after 11 PM? Message us ahead of time so we can plan for your arrival. Messages sent overnight may get a delayed response.
