The Space:

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-complimentary check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which accepts you to avoid enclosed hallways/busy check in areas!



In-depth Description: This roomy condo features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it the ideal spot for a calming hideaway. The comfortable beds ensure a great nighttime's sleep, while the immaculate cleanliness of the apartment makes for a welcoming and exhilarating environment. The nice, comfortable couch and seating options provide plenty of space for relaxing around and catching up on some much-needed relaxation. The condo is also handsomely decorated, with striking accents and tasteful decor throughout.



The kitchen is entirely equipped with dishes, pots, and cutlery, as well as a microwave and dishwasher for simple meal prep and clean-up. Substantial TVs in every room offer access to fashionable streaming services such as Netflix, Spectrum Cable, and Amazon, so you can catch up on your favorite shows and movies. But the real gem of this apartment is the gorgeous deck, with its beautiful ocean vistas that will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.



Parking: Painless access private parking lot monitored by security. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorbikes, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Entry: **No Elevator** Must walk up about 20 steps to get to unit on 2nd floor. Self check-in with keypad.



Kitchen: Recently updated floors/appliances/slow-close cabinets! Includes cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans.



Family room: Appreciate streaming & cable TV on the sizable flat screen. Access to Oceanview balcony via sliding glass doors.



Bedroom 1: Balcony access along with ocean vistas from the bedroom window! 1 queen bed.



Bathroom 1: Freshly updated! Must-see stand up shower!



Bedroom 2: One full bed + one twin bed. Netflix only in this room - sign into your account and savor!



Bathroom 2: Located in hallway between the bedrooms. Full shower/tub.



Balcony: Elegant Oceanview. Incredible view for sunrises!



Pool/hot tubs: There are 2 pools, 1 kids pool, and 2 hot tubs in the complex. The two hot tubs are located next to buildings C and E. The pools will be closed for the season between November 15th and March 15th. One of the hot tubs will remain open year round.



Beach: Walk across the street and use one of the entry access points across the dunes! Significantly less busy than the enormous resort areas. Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex. Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are supplied. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags supplied, but the guest will be responsible for anything not supplied or any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer: Coin operated machines in the complex. $2 per wash and $2 per dry, recommend bringing quarters if you plan to do laundry. Located on the 2nd floor.



Other Conveniences: Grilling area for guests. Stationary workout equipment along sidewalk in front of condo.

Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire condo (except for an owners closet) along with access to all amenities that are in the Ocean Forest Villas complex (pools/hot tubs/grilling).

Simple access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Guests can request up to two parking passes for their stay. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking tons, grounds, etc.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events completely agree to those terms.



No family pets. Max guest count is 4.

Routine Pest Control happens on the second Thursday of every month. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.



All guests are required to follow the HOA rules and regulations while staying on the property. Any violations issued by the HOA during your stay are the responsibility of the guest. Should any fines or costs be incurred as a result of a violation, the guest will be solely responsible for covering those charges.
