Welcome to Ocean Creek and E10. Our oceanfront 2BR/2BA condo is located on the 10th floor in the North Tower. Ocean Creek is a 57 acre, oceanfront, gated resort with 24 hour security.

**Our condo just had a major facelift 11/2023....freshly painted top to bottom, new kitchen appliances, new living room and master bedroom furnishings, new light fixtures kitchen, baths, and dining, new Intelligent TV's and new patio furnishings!

Our condo has an definitely gorgeous view of the ocean, swash and Beach Club that you can appreciate from our enormous balcony. Our condo has been completely modernized and professionally decorated with only the highest quality furnishings, fixtures and appliances. All living areas are tiled and bedrooms have new LVT floor. We have crown molding throughout. Our elegant, bespoke kitchen has all top of the line appliances including a two drawer Fisher & Paykel dishwasher, Full size Samsung french door refrigerator/ice maker, Kenmore Elite Stove with flat cooktop and multi-position oven racks, four GE refrigerated drawers (new 2023), microwave (new 2023), and a constructed-in ice maker (new 2023). The kitchen has bespoke cabinetry with granite countertops and a triple bowl sink. The hall bath has floor to ceiling granite, a handsome, gold, vessel sink, granite shower with full view glass doors. Our condo is also equipped with a water purification system.
