This room does not allow smoking. Only the approved sites outside the resort are open to smoking. We ask that you not smoke inside the condo or on the balcony.



This is not a hotel room; it's a privately owned property. Just like you would your own home, please. We will try our best to resolve any concerns as quickly as they arise, but please be aware that there is never-round-the-clock staff on site.



NOTE: All bed linens will be pre-packed when visitors arrive at the apartment to guarantee that they are changed and cleaned after each guest checks out. The present guests are not allowed to make their own beds with the freshly packaged linens on top of the bed.



NOTE: ONLY DOGS ARE ACCEPTED AT THE RESORT, NOT CATS. THE RESORT ALLOWS A MAXIMUM OF 2 DOGS EACH, WEIGHTING 25 LBS.
