The mini waterpark located between the building and Ocean Boulevard and the Fun Zone pool area are operated separately by the on-site hotel management. These areas are reserved for their hotel guests who pay an additional resort fee.

Guests renting our privately managed condo do NOT have access to the waterpark or Fun Zone.

Fortunately, you'll still have the Atlantic Ocean, oceanfront pool, lazy river, indoor pool, and indoor hot tub to enjoy throughout your stay.

* Are bath towels and linens supplied? Yes. Bath towels and linens are supplied with your stay, and your departure cleaning fee includes laundering those items.

* How many guests does the condo sleep? The condo sleeps up to 4 guests in two queen-size beds, making it a great fit for couples and modest families.

* Is the condo directly on the beach? Yes. This is an oceanfront property with direct beach access from the resort.

* Is the balcony oceanfront? Yes. The private balcony overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and includes seating for four.

* Is parking supplied? Yes. Free parking is supplied for one car. You will receive one parking pass per unit rented. Parking passes are limited by the HOA, so please do not write on the pass and return it to the condo before departure to avoid a replacement charge. Motorcycles, golf carts, and trailers are not allowed.

* Are pool armbands required? Pool armbands are required during peak season. When required, you should receive one band for each registered guest. Please make sure your reservation includes an accurate guest count so the correct number can be included.

* Which water conveniences can we use? Guests have access to the oceanfront outdoor swimming pool and connected lazy river, indoor pool, and indoor hot tub. Guests do NOT have access to the separately operated mini waterpark or Fun Zone pool area.

* Does the condo have a kitchen? Yes. The kitchen includes a 2-burner cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster oven, granite countertops, cookware, silverware, dishes, glasses, silverware, and knives.

* Are there coffee makers? Yes. The condo includes both a Keurig and a French Press coffee maker.

* Does the condo have a washer and dryer? There is no washer and dryer in the condo; however, there are washers and dryers available in resort laundromat.

* Do we have to clean, make the beds, or do laundry before leaving? No. You're on vacation. Our professional cleaning and sanitation team will take care of the turnover after your departure.

* Are family pets allowed? No. Family Animals are not allowed at the resort under HOA rules.

* Can we smoke in the condo or on the balcony? No. Smoking and vaping are stringently prohibited inside the condo and on the balcony. If professional odor remediation is required because of smoking, a $250 remediation fine will be applied.

* Do you provide food, condiments, coffee filters, etc.? No. This is a self-catering condo, so guests should plan to provide their own food, beverages, condiments, and other consumable items.
