Golf cart supplied. Extra golf cart available for a fee. This home (1963 Bittern) has 2 bedrooms (each bedroom has 1 queen bed), 2 full bathrooms (both bathrooms refreshed). Check out the enormous screened in porch overlooking the park. All linens are included. The living room has a sectional couch & a single futon bed. Brand new master bedroom set and new bed. Well behaved dogs are allowed. Please register with a pet when booking. The close by dog park, outdoor pool, indoor pool and private beach are just seconds away by walking or with the included golf cart. MUST HAVE A DRIVERS LICENSE TO OPERATE GOLF CART. Central AC, Wi-Fi & Cable TV supplied. We are accepting reservations now for 2024 & 2025.
