This alluring home is located on a peaceful cul de sac, with a very huge porch with screens that can be rolled down for shade, a gate at the top of the stairs for modest kids, and is ideal for sunset vistas!! Sensational granite throughout the kitchen, cathedral ceilings, and really the ideal layout for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath! 1 King, 1 queen, 1 full bed.
Parking for 4 cars comfortably, and parking for 3 golf carts if needed... and a very short distance to the ocean!
Your check in process will be effortless, all information needed to get your car registered early so you can drive directly to the property without having to stop and wait at the main office, will be taken care of immediately. Our main goal is for your much awaited vacation to be smooth, simple and most fun!!
A (1) golf cart is available for rent to anyone over the age of 25. No one under 25 Is allowed to drive the rental cart, if you have anyone under 25 years old that would be eligible to drive, you can always rent a cart through ocean lakes. A charcoal grille is included as well.
RULES AND REGULATIONS:

**Must be 25 years of age to rent in Ocean Lakes and must be present the entire stay
**NO FAMILY PETS ACCEPTED
**Parking pass required-$15/nighttime/car... Express passes $12/nighttime/car if purchased prior to 10 days of arrival.
Families only/no partying....all rules must be observed
**LINENS PROVIDED::
All linens (sheets, pillowcases, towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and bath mats), 12 bath towels, 12 washcloths, kitchen towels and bath mats.

Any personal items
coffee pot is Keurig and regular
