You can access this property with keyless entry via an electronic keypad on the front door. We will send you a four-digit access code via the Airbnb messaging platform the day before check-in.

You would need to check-in at the front desk to get an access card and wristbands. The access card accepts you to use the complimentary covered parking garage. The wristbands are for access to the water park.

My wife and I will be able to any questions you might have about the property. If something cannot be addressed with in-app communication or over the phone we can have someone from the cleaning company come meet you in person.
