*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Access the pool with wristbands (6 wristbands are placed in the kitchen drawer) All 6 Pool wristbands must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband)

*NO mailbox for this location.

*Washer/dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is complimentary.

This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, beautiful landscaping. Only few mins. away from the beach, Broadway at the Beach, the mall, airport, convention center, wax museum, tons of eateries, outlets and nighttime clubs.

*Pool wristbands are counted after each stay.

*Bath towels are supplied (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
