Entirely updated kitchen with high quartz level 5 and appliances. King bed and enormous 65" tv in the bedroom with bespoke rock constructed fireplace. The balcony is huge with 2 high sitting chairs and dining set to take in the striking vistas

The space
Awesome 4th floor unit...One of the rarest units in Sand dunes... The 30 stack unit gets wider as you enter the living room and is the only unit that doubles in size as it has impressive floor to ceiling glass, a sizable bathroom and a huge balcony.

The large oceanfront outdoor pool, lazy river, and oceanfront pool area with loungers are all supplied, along with the second floor indoor pool and hot tubs. *Please note the ocean boulevard side (front)water park/fun zone is not not included with any private units*

Sand dunes is one of the only true resorts in area with multiple eateries onsite(pizza, breakfast, dinner, ice cream and more, river city cafe burgers and Salt and lime oceanfront bar and grille), arcade, pool bar, gym and outdoor calming area. There is even a convivence store onsite which is rare for oceanfront resorts. You really do not have to leave the resort as everything is right there. There are also tons of eateries within 1 mile

1) Must be clean and respectful and treat it as your own home.

4).Parking Passes are supplied which is complimentary. . Approx 8 towel sets, Linens for all beds(beds are completely made also), =) a starter kit including, roll of toilet tissue, paper towels, Kleenex, coffee starter kit etc. As we all know ,private units do not offer daily housekeeping and linens exchange but i do pay more to get my guest 8 towels sets instead of most units on here as most only offer 4 sets

5) I rent to families and responsible adults only. No home events.
