This bright and open layout comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and is ideal for families, couples, or modest groups looking for a calming beach hideaway.





The space includes a full kitchen with granite countertops, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen is entirely outfitted with everything needed to prepare meals. Starter paper products and toiletries are included.





Sleeping arrangements:

Bedroom: King bed and double sleeper couch

Living Room: Queen Murphy bed and double sleeper couch





There are two private balconies. The main balcony off the living room offers direct oceanfront vistas. The second balcony off the bedroom faces the street and provides elegant sunset vistas. Both balconies have seating so you can relax and savor the surroundings.





Guests have full access to all resort amenities, including:

Heated outdoor oceanfront pool

Heated indoor pool

Lazy river

Hot tubs

Kiddie pool

Exercise center and business center





On-site dining includes an oceanfront restaurant, beach bar, café with Starbucks coffee, and a convenience store.

The Patricia Grand is located directly on Ocean Boulevard in downtown Myrtle Beach. You are within walking distance to the Boardwalk and SkyWheel and just a short drive to Broadway at the Beach, Myrtle Beach Sports Center, and the Convention Center.





Parking:

Free parking is included in the covered garage located across the street from the resort.





Pet Policy:

Pet fee is $20 per pet per nighttime. Stays longer than 7 nights are a flat fee of $150 per pet. Pet costs are not supplied in your reservation total and will be collected separately prior to check-in. Breed restrictions apply per resort policy.
