Guests will have access to all property amenities, including the outdoor pool, laundry room, and convenient beach access. Guests will receive all details for their stay 3 days before check-in.

Policies:
-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.

-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.

-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.

-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.

Appreciate countless options of hundreds of eateries within a few mins. drive, along with close by attractions such as Carolina Opry, Pirates Voyage, House of Blues, Lazer Tag, Mini Golf, the Apache Pier, golf courses, and even Tanger Outlets!  The Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, SkyWheel, and Broadway at the Beach are just a fast ride to your south, while Barefoot Landing with all of its stores and Alligator Adventure are just to your north.

Our home is located at A Place at the Beach I, which is directly on the oceanfront.  Watch the passersby on the beach and the waves crashing to shore from your private balcony.  When you`re ready for some sun, our convenient beach access and outdoor pool deck are ready for you!  Take a stroll next door to Ocean Annie`s for some live music and River City Cafe on the oceanfront, with the best burgers in town!

Coupled with an spectacular location is our excellent home.  With new upgrades including a modernized bathroom, hard floor, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and ocean view balcony, you can have a memorable vacation in style and comfort.  Stay connected with your favorite shows on our flat screen TVs, and appreciate complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the building.

Getting Around:
Parking is available for 1 car. Guests with additional cars often park them at a close by shopping center or grocery store at their discretion.

Top rated location and complimentary parking on site.  Taxis and Uber are also fast and economical with attractions, eateries, shopping, and more less than 5 mins. away.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the complimentary cancellation window.
