This community is very friendly and is tucked away beside a golf course. It is fairly private and peaceful for you to relax and not worry about events.

Guests can walk to the amenities or drive, the parking pass is supplied with the stay :)
Pool is currently under construction and down until Mid to late April

Must be 25 or older to rent here.

Please keep all food out of the bedroom

Any stay that is 15 days or longer will have an added $100 added to the cleaning fee

**Visitors: Must park in the visitor section of the parking lot. Pond side of the parking lot. If you are an overnight guest please make sure that you have a hanging tag that is visible to security.**

* Please pile used linens in each room * Towels can be piled in the bathrooms * Any used dishes need to go into the dishwasher & start the cycle * Pick up all trash and throw it away * Make sure to ensure you have all of your items before you leave :)
