U31 was constructed in 2010 at the end of a peaceful street not far from the main entrance. If you savor rocking on a nice shaded porch with a hot cup of coffee on a cool summer morning then you will adore U31 Crane.
With many upgrades, this three bedroom on stilts is very warm and inviting. Some of these upgrades include solid wood doors and cabinets, upgraded nickel plated faucets, wall mounted T.V.s in all bedrooms and den, and wood floors throughout the home. The kitchen is completely furnished with seating for two at the bar and four at the table. If additional seating is needed, there is an outdoor table with five chairs on the deck. Both bathrooms are cavernous with tub shower combinations. Recessed lighting and vaulted ceilings give the den and kitchen the appearance of a high end property.
The home has a king size bed, 2 doubles and 1 twin.
Add in the availability of four car parking, an outdoor grille, and plenty of downstairs seating, wi-fi, and there will be no wonder why you hate leaving.
