Our open-concept layout seamlessly connects the entirely equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room, creating an inviting space. Both the living area and bedrooms feature adjustable AC and heat for your comfort.

Inside the condo you will find a parking pass which must be hung from the rear view mirror of your car at all times while parked on property.



2 Parking Spaces are allotted to each unit, there are additional visitor parking spots available as well!

2) I DO NOT charge any ridiculous admin or booking costs like most on these sites, I prefer to be upfront and honest about my costs prior to clicking BOOK NOW!



3) The cleaning costs are standard rate across Myrtle Beach. The maids need to be paid somehow so the cleaning fee is well worth their time and energy making the space ideal for the next guest!



The fact is, nobody wants to book a unit and get swamped with 10 different costs, so I do everything I can to avoid that situation for my guests!
