Third floor open space with voltage ceilings and a view so calming It’s a breath of fresh air, literally.

Tons of amenities throughout the neighborhood, outdoor pool with hot tubs, and a long walking trail that leads to appear, key card supplied, picnic areas with the grilles, a little reading nook, indoor pool, pickle, ball, core, tennis court, and even a putting green. This place has it all. Great for the whole family.

The condo itself is a beautiful well lit open space two bedroom. Queen bed in the master with master bathroom. The second bedroom has two full beds.

Full kitchen with all the equipment and tools you’ll need. We also supply some spices and oils as well as a Keurig machine with coffee, creamer, splendor, and sugar.

Outdoor closet has a full supply of beach items. Beach, chairs, body boards, umbrella, with anchor, a cooler and some beach toys. You’ll also find tons of games, outdoor fun toys and some golf clubs for the little putting green found right downstairs from the condo.

And let’s not forget location!
You are right on the waterway with its impeccable vistas. You are right near Highway 501 and 10 mins. from the beach. Tanger outlets, eateries, stores, workout centers and so much more are only mins. from you. Very close to world tour golf and River Oaks golf as well as Legends golf resort. This condo

Third floor , no elevator so must climb stairs. But if you can, it’s very worth it.
Door will automatically lock when shut.

how to enter Waterway Village: pull up to the gate choose 20G and it will call me. I will approve it and the gate will open. Once you are inside the condo, by the welcome basket are parking passes & a white card. put the white card in your car for the gate to open automatically. Please put the white card back in the condo to avoid additional costs.

Washer and dryer are complimentary to use, and I have supplied multiple pods to get you started.
To use the washer, load clothes, add detergent, turn it on and pick a setting.

To use the dryer, load items, pick a setting and pull knob to start.

Kitchen: the kitchen is completely equipped with all the tools and cookware you’ll need.

Garbage: I have left garbage bags for your use under the kitchen sink. Please remove all garbage from the condo and place in the receptacles just outside by the parking area.

Beach items:
In the welcome basket there is a key with a surfboard on it. Use this key to access the outdoor closet across from the unit. I’ve supplied numerous beach items for you located inside the closet.
Several adult size beach chairs, body boards, beach mat, umbrella with sand stand, beach towels, beach mat and cooler.
These are yours to use and take to the beach. Please wipe off sand prior to returning them to condo. I supply beach towels, please don’t take bath towels to the beach.

Rules:
1. No Parties or sizable gatherings
2. No smoking
*Smoking marijuana is highly forbidden and is a hefty fine.
3. Quiet hours are between 10PM-7AM
4. 6 max. guests
*definitely no glitter, will result in $500 fee
AT CHECKOUT:
All dishes should be washed or put in the dishwasher. Please run the dishwasher before you leave. Remove all food from refrigerator and throw away trash.
