Smoking in the home or garage is prohibited and if smell is detected, $500 will be charged as penalty.
Smoking is allowed outside the home only. When smoking, you must make sure all doors and windows are closed so the smoke doesn't get into the home.

Do not flush anything in toilet except toilet paper.

The primary Guest must be an adult over 25 years in age who has a place of permanent residence to return to and who will be present during the entirety of the rental.
