Sunrise Shores is a comfortable 2BR/2BA oceanfront condo on Shore Drive — one of Myrtle's most calming stretches of beach — sleeps up to 8. Appreciate a private balcony, direct beach access, two outdoor pools, charcoal grilles, supplied parking and beach gear. Less like a rental, more like a space that's actually yours — completely supplied kitchen, Intelligent TVs, WiFi, linens and all the essentials packed in.

The space
Sunrise Shores is a freshly remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-full bath oceanfront condo in the Shore Drive area of Myrtle Beach — one of the more relaxing stretches of shoreline tucked between the bustle of Myrtle Beach proper and the appeal of North Myrtle Beach. Savor unobstructed ocean vistas from every exterior window, and a private covered balcony where you can watch the sunrise with your morning coffee or wind down with the sound of the waves crashing at sunset.

The space is intentionally appointed with kitchen and bath essentials. The entirely equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is outfitted with everything you need to prepare a family meal or warm up your leftovers. We host the same way we like to be hosted — in an impeccably clean, cozy and thoughtfully designed space that feels like it's actually a home and not a hotel room.

Sleeping accommodations are set up with families in mind:
- Primary bedroom with Queen bed and en suite bath
- Secondary bedroom with one Queen bed and Twin bunk beds
- Full size sleeper couch with upgraded foam bed located in the living room

There are two outdoor pools on the property when you need a break from the waves, and coin laundry is located onsite so you're not hauling sand-soaked towels home in a suitcase.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire condo, including private balcony.

Shore Drive sits in the sweet spot of Myrtle Beach — close to everything without feeling like you're in the middle of it.

A few highlights:
- Apache Pier — A short walk away, great for fishing and catching our striking sunrises
- Ocean Annie's Beach Bar — Just 200 yards up the beach, Annie's is a hot spot for live music, great drinks and beach bar vibes
- The Swash — Running along the back side of our building, this peaceful tidal inlet is home to pelicans, herons and other local wildlife
- Restaurant Row, Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach — All within painless reach and a short drive when you're ready to venture out

The A Place at the Beach III complex is modest, peaceful and cozy — giving it that cozy familiarity that keeps guests coming back year after year.

Pro Tip: If you're booking during peak season (mid-May through mid-September) and not seeing availability, try switching your check-in date to a Saturday — during this time we only accept Saturday-Saturday reservations.

Parking pass for one car is supplied. Additional parking pass requests are subject to approval by the HOA and cannot be guaranteed during peak season.
