***Notice**** The Ocean Outfall Project that has been underway for the past 14 months is nearly complete but will be on-going through winter/early spring 2026 but could possibly be finished earlier. It consists of a temporary pier that was constructed to install the stormwater pipes under the sand out in the ocean that accepts runoff water from the area to be transported 1500' out into the ocean which will result in a cleaner beach. The work is being performed on the property adjacent to ours. It was supposed to be complete by the end of January 2026 but is running a bit behind. You can still appreciate and walk the charming beach and many guests have commented that they appreciated watching the cranes work. This is one of those things that is beyond my control but we are very happy that it is underway and nearly complete because it ensures the future beauty of Myrtle Beach beaches. We have had only 1 guest in the past year that didn't care for the beach project during his stay.

This unit was completely remodeled in 2025 with new floors, paint, appliances, faucets and furnishings. Located on the 6th floor, this corner end unit has spectacular vistas and direct beach access literally just steps right out the back of the building. The additional windows that come along with the end units accepts sunshine to pour in and keep the unit nice & bright.

The galley kitchen has a full size refrigerator, cooktop, microwave/convection oven/air-fryer, dishwasher, toaster and dual brew coffee maker as well as everything else you need to prepare snacks and meals.

The cozy living room features floor to ceiling windows to take in the striking ocean vistas and also access your oceanfront lanai where you can savor your morning coffee or evening beverage. The living room also has a queen size sleeper couch accepting for a total accommodations up to 4 guests max..

After a day of exploring the area, fantastic beaches or a nighttime out at one of the many close by area eateries or attractions you can relax in your cavernous king suite that features a cozy king size bed and Roku TV where you can sign in to your own streaming accounts or watch the many available channels.

As a guest you have access to all that the Palms has to offer. It has both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs and a grassy area with lounge chairs and tables for relaxing and sunbathing. Also available for your convenience is an onsite exercise room and coin or mobile app operated washers and dryers.

Our unit is located in a walkable, and a bit quieter, area than some areas further down the beach to the south. It is still within walking distance to the main attractions, stores and eateries but a little less congested. There is a Starbucks within 4 blocks in either direction on Ocean Blvd and many great eateries all within 1 mile walking distance. We are also conveniently located just a few blocks from the Convention Center.

This is a NON-Smoking resort. NO smoking of any kind including vaping and smoking weed. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed anywhere on the property, This includes in the unit, on the balcony, or in the pool areas. Reports of smoking will lead to guests being asked to leave and No refunds will be given. Guests will be responsible for all costs associated with the HOA fines, odor removal, and /or damages. Even though this is a Non-Smoking resort, unfortunately we cannot control the activities of other renters in the units.

Upon check-in you will find a STARTER PACK of toiletries and paper products. You will need to provide your own when these items run out. A starter pack consists of 1 roll each of toilet paper and paper towel, a modest shampoo, conditioner, bar soap and a kitchen towel.

This unit is privately owned and rented through this site and is not affiliated with any on-site rental program. Staff at the front desk in the lobby of the Palm's North tower are unable to provide any assistance. You should contact the host or follow any contact information supplied to you in the unit.
