- Living room: 46' 3-D intelligent constructed-in Wi-Fi HDTV with cable TV program, DVD player, high speed internet access; the sleeper couch is queen-size, comfortable and simple to set up.
- Totally equipped kitchen with new appliances, electronics, plates, bowls, paper towels, silverware and cookware.
- Free access to the community outdoor pool, 5 mins. walking distance to miniature golf course, tennis courts, and basketball court.
- Other amenities: coffer maker(both Keurig and standard), toaster, blender, Bella Sandwich Maker, outdoor grille, washing machine & dryer, hairdryer, iron & board etc.
