Welcome to your next vacation spot! This condo is located in a highly desired area! It is a peaceful complex located a few miles from our gorgeous beach!



The Space:

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-complimentary check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which accepts you to avoid enclosed hallways/busy check in areas!



Parking: Simple access private parking lot. The HOA asks that no guests have motorbikes, golf carts, RVs, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Entry: *Stairs required* 3rd floor unit. Self check-in with keypad. There is a ring doorbell at the property.



Kitchen: Totally outfitted - includes cups, plates, silverware, and more.



Family room: Appreciate the open concept with plenty of seating.



Bedroom 1: King bed. Cavernous!



Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.



Bedroom 2: Double & single bed.



Bathroom 2: Hallway.



Pools: Subject to HOA hours and seasonal availability.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are supplied. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags included but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer: Private machines located inside the unit.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire condo (except for any locked owners closet) along with access to the community pool.



The Neighborhood:

This unit is in the ideal area of Myrtle Beach! The community is Southbridge.



Getting Around:

Painless access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, elevators, pools, parking tons, grounds, etc.



Feel complimentary to bring your golf clubs, beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events entirely agree to those terms.



No family pets. Max guest count is 5.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



Routine pest control happens monthly. It is the 1st Thursday of the month - exterior services during even months, interior sprays during odd months. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not supplied, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.
