Welcome to our 2nd floor condo just a 5-min. walk to the beach!

Summertree Village is located in the Shore Drive area and located in a park-like setting in a peaceful neighborhood.

About the space:
Our end-unit condo features 1200 sq. ft with plenty of room for the family to spread out. There are 2 balconies overlooking the outdoor pool, and 1 balcony as you enter the condo. New vinyl floor was installed in 2022. There is a full-sized washer/dryer in the unit.

Bedrooms:
There are 2 bedrooms with a king size bed in the primary bedroom with attached bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool. The 2nd bedroom has a queen and double bed. Both bedrooms have new intelligent TVs.

Living room:
There is a new 65" intelligent TV.

Kitchen:
Totally outfitted with dishes, silverware, pots, pans, glasses, blender, etc. and a Keurig coffee and regular coffee maker.

The outdoor pool is surrounded by trees and provides plenty of shade if desired. There is also an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna available.

We are a short drive to Barefoot Landing, Tanger outlets, Alabama Theatre, Carolina Opry as well as many other attractions.
