This beach escape is located near the highly desired Shore Drive section of Myrtle Beach. The complex is less than a half mile to the ocean; there are sidewalks guiding you down to the beach. You will savor being in a peaceful area removed from bigger hordes while still mins. away from everything the Grandiose Strand has to offer.



The Space:

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-complimentary check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which accepts you to avoid enclosed hallways/busy check in areas!



Parking: Painless access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorbikes, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Entry: *Stairs required* Self check-in with keypad. There is a ring doorbell at the property.



Kitchen: Totally outfitted - includes cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans.



Family room: Cavernous area! Generous couch. TV.



Bedroom 1: Patio access! Queen bed. TV



Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.



Bedroom 2: Queen bed. TV.



Bathroom 2: Access via bedroom 2 or in the hallway.



Bedroom 3: Bunk bed - full and twin.



Patio: Roomy! Screened in.



Pool/hot tubs/amenities: The complex has an indoor swimming pool, indoor hot tub, sauna, outdoor swimming pool, sun decks, a grilling area, and a club home - all while being just a short walk to the beach.



Beach: Walk out of the community and turn right, towards the ocean. Walk less than .5 miles down to our impressive beach.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are included. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags supplied but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer: Private in-unit.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire condo (except for an owners closet) along with access to all amenities that are in the complex (pools/hot tub/grilling).

Simple access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Guests can request up to two parking passes for their stay. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking tons, grounds, etc.



Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other event must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both events completely agree to those terms.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



Max guest count is 7.



No family pets allowed.



Routine Pest Control happens two times per month: on the second Thursday and 4th Wednesday of every month. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not supplied, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.
