As you step inside, you’re greeted by a welcoming entryway. To the right, you’ll discover one of the two bedrooms. This guest bedroom offers a full-size bed, a twin-size bed, a nightstand, a TV, a closet to store your belongings, and a modest dresser for additional storage. A window bathes the room in natural light, giving it a fresh, airy feel. Just across the hall, the guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo, a vanity, and a toilet.



Continuing through the condo, you’ll find the cavernous dining area and the inviting living room. The dining area features a enormous table with 6 chairs, ideal for gathering with adored ones over a meal. The living room is the heart of the condo, offering impressive ocean vistas that will leave you in awe. Perched on the third floor, you’ll appreciate the ideal vantage point of the shining water. Unwind on the cozy couch (which conveniently doubles as a sleeper couch for additional guests), savor the cozy appreciate seat and accent chair, or settle in to watch your favorite shows on the sizable wall-mounted TV. From here, step out onto the private balcony and soak in the ocean breeze while appreciating the striking vistas.



The kitchen, appealingly located between the guest bedroom and the living room, comes fully equipped with full-size stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter and cabinet space to make cooking a joy. You’ll adore the charming countertops, upsized kitchen sink, and coffee maker to jumpstart your mornings. The dishwasher ensures simple clean-up, and behind the bifold closet doors, you’ll find a stackable washer and dryer, adding to the convenience of your stay.
