Welcome to our gorgeous two-bedroom villa located in the heart of Surfside Beach, SC with an supplied LSV to get you around "The Family Beach". This roomy and gorgeously finished villa offers a comfortable and inviting living space w/luxury finishes throughout. Ideal for a family of 4. Don't worry about having to share the private swimming pool, gas grille, corn hole, high top dining table, outdoor full sized refrigerator and freezer or storage box w/ beach chairs, floateys and toys.



The Space:

Entering through the main door, you will find a cavernous living room with handsome theater style leather reclining couches and a 80" Roku TV and fast wifi for all your entertainment and streaming needs. Living room opens to the sizable completely equipped kitchen with chic black stainless appliances and when we say its entirely outfitted, we mean it. Step out the side door and you are immediately poolside! 2 bedrooms each have a enormous closet, queen bed and pool vistas and deck access through private sliding glass doors off each bedroom. There is a jack and jill style bathroom that can be closed off from the other with double vanities and toilet off the primary bedroom and a separate vanity and toilet accessible from the hallway between bedrooms. There is also a giant shower with rainfall shower head and beautiful floor to ceiling tile.



Guest Access:

The entire home, LSV, private pool, beach equipment, corn hole boards and grille are yours to savor.



The Neighborhood:

Located off Glenn's Bay Road, with a 30 mph speed limit making it golf cart legal, Indian Oak Lane is a peaceful residential street just about 1.5 miles from the Surfside Pier and 1/2 mile from downtown Surfside with its pretty bistros, breakfast spots and ice cream. You will be within a golf cart's ride of the Piggly Wiggly grocery store should you decide to grille in the backyard getaway. Or continue onto Surfside drive straight to the awesome new Surfside Pier with its numerous delicious eateries, nighttime life and of course the Pier close by. You won't have to wander far and you can park the car for the majority of your stay and golf cart the family everywhere, or better yet, fly in and Uber to the location without the expense or headache of having to rent a car!



Getting Around:

Golf cart rental friendly! Did we mention the fully loaded 4 seat luxury golf cart with bluetooth stereo we have included for your enjoyment?! Some car driving or ride share might be necessary, but not much.



Other Things to Note:

We provide you with linens for all beds in the home as well as bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your stay. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps and 2 laundry pods and 2 dish pods. All of this is supplied with the "cleaning fee". We will provide you with some pool/beach towels for the stay and we have some phenomenal super light and durable backpack style beach chairs to make your stay even more fun! That way you don't have to travel with all the gear.
