***Pools will be reopen on April 1st***



The Space:

*Studio condo

*2 double beds

*1 kitchenette (for preparing light meals)

* 1 bathroom

* balcony with full ocean view.



Guest Access:

*Outdoor and indoor pools available

*parking available with parking pass

*NO mailbox for this location.

*Coin operated laundry room available on the lobby level.

*Gym located on lobby level.



Other Things to Note:

*condo is on 5th floor. kids and infants are in parents responsibility.

*Only initial amount of toiletries to get you started and you should bring your own if additional needed.

*Bed sheets are supplied (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are supplied (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

*condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.



Interaction with Guests:

I give my guests space but am available when needed
