To finalize your reservation and receive your check-in instructions, the following must be finished:

A valid government-issued ID is required from the primary guest.

Rental Agreement Signature
A short rental agreement must be signed electronically prior to check-in.

Security Deposit or Damage Coverage Selection
You may choose one of the following options:

A completely returnable security deposit (authorization only, no funds withdrawn) which is released within 7 days after checkout, included there are no damages.

A damage protection policy that covers accidental damage during your stay.

Check-in details will only be released once all steps are finished. These measures help us provide a safe and secure experience for all guests.
