Conveniently located and within steps of the Ocean Annies, savor live music by the beach and a great ambiance! A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the areas fashionable attractions, eateries, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- This unit won't have access to the exercise center.
- All guests are required to pay a resort fee at the front desk upon check-in. The fee is $30 per day for the entire length of your stay and applies to all guests, regardless of whether you have a car or not.
- Privately owned units/guests are not allowed to use suitcases carts.
HOA's new rules will be implemented prior to February 15, 2025.
- Verification will be handled by Big Fish Units and Sands Ocean Club Front Desk. Guests must submit the requested details to Big Fish Units and present a valid driver’s license matching the reservation at the Front Desk for check-in.
- Guests can receive Front Desk assistance for lockouts, medical emergencies, legal issues, noise complaints, beach towels, concierge services, and trash removal.
Please keep in mind that this condo is privately owned and should be treated with the same care and respect as your own home. While we strive to address any issues promptly, please note that there is no 24/7 on-site staff for Big Fish Units. However, the Front Desk is staffed 24/7 and available for assistance.
