• Minimum booking age is 25
• We do not rent to locals to ensure a relaxing experience for all guests
• A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking
• Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please feel complimentary to contact us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay
• Outdoor pools typically open around April 1st and close in September
• Motorcycles and trailers are not allowed to park at Sand Dunes Resort; alternate parking accommodations must be arranged
• Check-in instructions will be supplied and must be picked up at our office before going to the unit

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is returnable minus cancellation costs

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation costs still apply

Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
