*2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, Cozy condo.

*1 king bed, 1 queen bed and pullout couch in the living room.

*Washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Kitchen is entirely equipped with all basics. *Dining area open to living room leads to the balcony.

*Sheets and linens supplied.

*Free WiFi and intelligent TV available.

*Family Animals are not allowed.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are supplied for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.

*Access the pool with white card (must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken card and parking tag)

*No mailbox for this location.

*Washer/dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is available with parking tag only, please hang it in your car.
