You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay.
3rd floor (must climb stairs) Pretty condo at River Oaks. constructed around the River Oaks Golf Club grounds, just off international drive, 15 minuets drive from the beach and all main attractions. Kitchen is completely equipped with all basics. Condo sleeps up to 6 guests.

The Space:
2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, Cozy condo. 1 king bed, 2 Twin beds and pullout couch. Washer and dryer available in the unit.
Kitchen is entirely equipped with all basics. Dining area open to living room leads to the balcony.
Sheets and linens included. Free WiFi and intelligent TV available.
*Family Animals are not allowed.
*Beach items are not supplied due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are supplied for showers only.

Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.
*Access the pool with wristbands (6 wristbands and parking tag are hanging in the hallway) All 6 Pool wristbands must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband)
*No mailbox for this location.
*Washer/dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is available with parking tag only, please hang it in your car.
