The Villa has a handsome living/dining area and a entirely supplied kitchen with granite countertops. The private deck is ideal for entertaining and calming. It features complimentary parking and complimentary high-speed Wifi (400 Mbps).



PLEASE NOTE: Roof replacement project begins in Sept and will last appx.16 weeks weather pending. The work will be done in sections and and each section will take appx. 4 weeks. During the work there will be NO AC/HEAT inside the condo. Construction noise and debris is to be expected for the 16 weeks, just depending on the section in progress.



Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool passes) Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED.
