Any guest booking with us must be at least 25 years of age and sign our rental agreement. We do not rent to locals.

• A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.

• As a guest, you'll find public beach access ideal for sunbathing, swimming, or beachcombing.



All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is returnable minus cancellation costs

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation costs still apply

Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
