The beach home is a very comfortable one-story home. Extensive open front deck with dining table and plenty of outdoor seating. Driveway / grass parking can accommodate up to two cars and a golf cart trailer. Spectrum (Time-Warner) WiFi and Cable supplied. Wood laminate floor throughout the entire home. Cleaning service is supplied. The golf cart is not supplied. However, golf carts are available to rent through the Ocean Lakes.

Entirely equipped kitchen offers plenty of cabinet and counter space, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave, and 5-burner glass-top electric range/oven. Plates, cookware, silverware, and more are also included for your convenience. The living room and kitchen have an open floor plan design.

Three rooms, two bedrooms with queen beds, and a cavernous living room with pull-out couch bed (with adequate room for air beds or sleeping bags for the kids). Sleeps 6 to 8 guests. There is one full bath (stand-up shower/no tub) between the two bedrooms and one half bath in the main hallway. One TV is located in the living room.

Our home is located on Ibis Drive about half-way between the ocean and the main gate for simple access to and from the campground. It is only a ten min. walk or a five min. golf cart ride to the beach. The road (Ibis) is not a main road to the beach, so it does not have substantial traffic, which is great for kids to ride bicycles, skateboards, and more.

You will need to provide your own linens - including sheets, towels, etc. Also bring bath soaps, detergents and paper products. Please note that Ocean Lakes is a family-aligned, gated and patrolled community. All guests must abide by their rules and regulations. Upon arrival, you will need to register your car with the Ocean Lakes office and pay a daily parking pass fee directly to Ocean Lakes.
