Come and be our "guests" at this family friendly coastal getaway. The "GUEST COTTAGES" is a fabulous beach neighborhood, roughly 3 short blocks walk to the beach. The ideal location puts you in a private residential area of Shore Drive, between the beach and the marsh, to appreciate calming while you're on vacation. This idyllic stretch of the S.C. coastline has gorgeous white sands and blue waters.

The "Guest Cottages" community has lush green landscaping, ideally kept row homes and well maintained grounds. There's a great shady front porch to sit and relax, as well as a enormous open area underneath the home for your personal family hangout; savor meals, games, salty evening breezes, star gazing and more. Personal or Rental Golf Carts are allowed but NO TRAILERS and NO MOTORCYCLES, please.

Nice new interior decor touches. The floor plan is well appointed with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms spread out from the roomy central gathering area, in the middle of the condo. Two main bedrooms, provide a KING bed and en-suite private bathrooms, while the 2nd bedroom (Queen) and 3rd bedroom (2 Twins) share a common Jack-n-Jill bathroom.

There is ample seating between dual appreciate seats, two relaxing recliners, and numerous occasional chairs to enjoy the sizable flat screen TV. Plus, plenty of seating for dining, or family game nighttime (seats 6). The galley kitchen offers a nice stock of essentials and full size appliances. Full size washer and dryer, in the condo. Storage closet in the garage for beach supplies.

The beach access is just a walk to the end of the road. It's an simple walk to enjoy any of the 3 outdoor pools available for guests use. One pool is within the immediate vicinity of the condo, but two others are available within mins., toward the marsh side of the community.

Guest Cottage is conveniently located within mins., between Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach, both will WOW everybody in your group. Both of these giant FUN complexes offer unique places to shop, eat, celebrate & play. Myrtle Beach Boardwalk has the Sky Wheel, a 200' high view of the coastline in a completely enclosed, air conditioned gondala. Stroll the modernized oceanfront boardwalk area, with gift stores, historic arcades & tourists attractions along the old original Pavilion area. Broadway at the Beach has over 30+ great eateries, water park with go-cart track, and Pelicans baseball games.

Barefoot Landing is famed for golf but loaded with attractions & special nightly events along it's 27 acres of waterfront setting. Plus, the BareFoot Marina offers guided waterway tours, fishing excursions & dinner boat cruises. There are countless specialty stores to seek out the ideal take-home souvenir. Savor amusement rides & entertainment like theatre musical productions and LIVE appearances at the music venues, complete with fireworks displays weekly, during the summer season.
