-Entirely equipped kitchen with appliances, plates, bowls, silverware, pots pans, Keurig coffee maker & margarita blender

-Linens and towels & washer & dryer
-Big fenced in backyard with two picnic tables & charcoal grille, horseshoe pit, cornhole, fire pit & Tiki Toss

-Covered & screened in upsized rear porch with tiki bar & farm style table!!
