THE HOA DOES NOT ALLOW FAMILY PETS OR MOTORCYCLES AND ONLY ALLOWS 1 PARKING PASS PER RENTAL. Smoking is prohibited inside the condo. The minimum age for renters is 25 and max. number of guests is 6.
